Welcome to Shop Super Small ("we", "us", or "our"), operated by e.n. 318036050, at smallsupershop.co.il. By accessing or using our website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

1. General

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Site. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version published at the time of your transaction is the binding version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase on our Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. Providing false information may result in order cancellation and, where applicable, may constitute a criminal offense.

3. Products, Prices & Availability

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or remove products at any time. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. We are not the manufacturer of the products sold; product descriptions are based on information provided by suppliers.

4. Orders & Payment

Completion of a purchase is subject to payment authorization and product availability. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and either offer an alternative or issue a full refund. An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance — the order is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship internationally. Estimated delivery times are 14–21 business days from the date of order confirmation, unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, force majeure, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.

6. Returns & Cancellations

You may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at SmallSuperShop@gmail.com.

Change of mind returns: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A cancellation fee of 5% of the order value (or $5 USD, whichever is lower) may apply.
Defective or incorrect items: We will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement at no charge.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
The right of return does not apply to perishable goods, custom-made items, or items with broken original seals (e.g., recordings, software).

7. Consumer Rights by Region

United States

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable US federal or state consumer protection laws, including the FTC Act. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California consumer protection statutes.

Canada

Canadian consumers retain all rights under applicable provincial consumer protection legislation. Our return and refund policy meets or exceeds the minimum requirements under Canadian law.

Australia

Australian consumers have rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including guarantees that goods are of acceptable quality and fit for purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you have under the ACL.

New Zealand

New Zealand consumers have rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986. These Terms do not limit those statutory rights.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including design, text, graphics, logos, and code, is the exclusive property of Shop Super Small or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

We implement standard security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. However, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply and are not excluded by this clause. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel, without prejudice to your statutory rights in your country of residence.
